Devon Strafford Little League (DSLL) is a non-profit organization that has been a charter member of Little League Baseball, Incorporated, and it shares Little League's mission of using youth baseball and softball as a vehicle to instill valuable life lessons.  These activities aim to foster stronger individuals and communities by promoting teamwork, discipline, and leadership.

The league operates under the core principle of "One Team.  One Little League," where every local league is united by this common goal.  DSLL encourages parents to be actively involved in their child's Little League experience.  After completing a volunteer application and passing a national background check, parents can participate in a variety of roles, including coaching, managing, umpiring, serving as board members, and helping with other volunteer opportunities to support the league's operations.
